My name is Kim Rich, and I am a Hebrew teacher that have been teaching at all levels for many years. I know from experience that, with the right teacher, learning Hebrew can be easy – and fun. Anyone can succeed.
Together we will work out a program tailored to your specific needs and interests – from simple general conversation to advanced discussion on specific subjects. We can also focus on reading and writing skills and correct pronounciation – it’s up to you.
Lessons are adapted individually to suit your personal level – whether you are just getting started, still visiting an Ulpan program, have already completed a Hebrew course, or are already fluent and now want to fine-tune your Hebrew skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
I have a university degree in Hebrew language and have taught Hebrew in various settings – in Ulpan programs, as a private instructor, and even on a call-in radio program, correcting common mistakes by native speakers.

To help students learn more quickly and to retain what they learn I make use of visual imagery and figurative language to explain words and concepts. This is a well-known and proven tool for
memory improvement. Since unusual visual images tend to be easy to remember, linking them to the language helps students learn faster, without stress or exaggerated effort.

I also give online lessons via Skype, so you can reach me wherever you are. Although it is an online education, it is very personal, as if we are sitting in the same room. Each student gets a private lesson, a personally designed curriculum according to his level, personality and goals. You’re always invited to try.
